The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
IP address of the requesting computer

The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes:
ensuring a smooth connection to the website,

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
b) Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a and b GDPR.
Cookies
Our website currently does not use cookies that collect personal data. If cookies are used in the future, you will be informed of this when you first visit our website and will be able to manage your consent individually.
Your rights
You have the right:
pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to obtain information about your personal data processed by us;
pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR to request the immediate rectification of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us;

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will regularly inform you about offers and news regarding our products/services.
For sending the newsletter, we process your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name. Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you will receive an e-mail in which you must confirm your subscription. This confirmation is necessary to prevent third parties from signing up with someone else’s e-mail address.
Newsletter registration is logged (time of registration and confirmation, IP address) in order to be able to prove consent.
The legal basis for processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
For sending our newsletter, we use the service “Hostinger Reach” provided by Hostinger International Ltd. The data are used exclusively for sending and for the statistical evaluation of the newsletter. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.
In our newsletters we may measure whether and when an e-mail was opened and which links were clicked. This analysis helps us improve our newsletter offering.
You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with effect for the future, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by sending a message to the contact details given above. In the event of withdrawal, you will no longer receive the newsletter and your data will be deleted from the newsletter mailing list, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
